My work sits at the intersection of science, spirit, and sound, bridging clinical healthcare with the wisdom of metaphysical and holistic healing.
Throughout my life, I have naturally gravitated towards roles that support and empower others to reach their full potential. My background as a psychiatric nurse gave me a deep understanding of the complexities of trauma, and how this presents in the human psyche.
The mind and body are intimately connected.
Stress and trauma can become stored on an energetic and cellular level, often manifesting as imbalance or disease in the body (dis-ease).
In 2014 I travelled to India for the first time and completed an immersive course in yoga and Ayurveda. I was deeply inspired by the esoteric wisdom woven through Eastern teachings and philosophy. This inspired my desire to want to work with people in a more holistic way.
Yoga became a powerful anchor in my life, helping me remain grounded and centred whilst navigating life’s challenges. In 2019 I attended my first Kundalini Yoga class with Soul Adventures in Ibiza - and was amazed by how profoundly this practice could elevate and transform your energetic state.
My own experiences with this energy have been incredibly liberating. After going on to attend several retreats with Trish around the world, I felt a strong calling to share this powerful medicine with others. This ultimately led me to embark on the transformative path of becoming a certified Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher (SKY).
Kundalini Yoga works with the body’s subtle energetic systems, tapping into our innate intelligence and natural self-healing capacities.
Through the integration of movement, breathwork, and muscular locks - pranic energy is generated and circulated throughout the body. This process helps release energetic blockages, balances the chakras, energises the system and awakens higher states of consciousness.
As this energy begins to flow, a natural shift occurs - from doing to being, from scattered to focused, from disconnection to connection, from reacting to responding. The nervous system moves out of survival mode and into rest and repair.
My passion is to support others in their journey of growth, healing and transformation 💛❤️🩹💛

As a single mother, therapist, energy healer, and founder of the natural perfume brand A Curious Herbal, life has often asked me to walk through challenge whilst continuing to show up with an open heart. Like many people, I have experienced periods of loss, uncertainty, financial struggle, heartbreak, and deep personal transformation. Through it all, the practices of Kundalini Yoga have helped me reconnect to my own inner wisdom, strength, and resilience.
What I love most about this path is that it is accessible to everyone. It doesn't require perfection. It simply asks us to arrive as we are. Through breath, movement, meditation, mantra, and stillness, we begin to remember who we are beneath the noise of the world.
Throughout my training, I have experienced firsthand the profound effects of conscious breathwork, gentle movement, nervous system regulation, and meditation. I have witnessed how these practices can shift energy, increase vitality, improve emotional wellbeing, and create a deeper sense of connection to ourselves and to life.
My teaching is deeply influenced by my background in healing, bodywork, somatic practices, and my love of nature. I am particularly drawn to creating spaces where people feel safe to soften, release what no longer serves them, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe healing does not need to be forceful. Often it is found through gentleness, presence, and the willingness to listen.
I am guided to teach classes that support nervous system health, emotional resilience, self-awareness, and personal empowerment. I love weaving together breathwork, meditation, subtle movement, seasonal wisdom, and connection to the natural world. My intention is to help students cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves whilst finding greater balance, clarity, and inner peace.
The medicine I continue to receive from this practice is one of trust — trusting the body, trusting the breath, trusting the process of life, and trusting that beneath every challenge there is an invitation to grow.
As I step forward as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, I do so with gratitude for my teachers, my fellow trainees, and the many life experiences that have shaped me. My hope is to create spaces where others can experience the same sense of remembrance, connection, and transformation that this path has offered me.

I am also a Creative Arts Therapist.
I was born, bred and raised in the towns-land of Rathpatrick, North County Kilkenny, Ireland. I grew up surrounded by the energy and rhythms of nature in my rural family home, a home that was a known rambling house where neighbours and travellers would gather on a weekly basis to share music, dance and stories. Among these were many natural healers and they would bring with them remedies for the healing of both humans and animals. Some of the remedies were made up of herbs and wild plants in the form of poultices, the knowledge of which had been passed down from one generation to the next, while other remedies were passed from one person to another in the form of an energetic invocation or prayer.
This was to be my first introduction to the natural healing arts and to the mysterious and powerful energy of Shamanism. From this beginning my journey has come full circle. I am now living back in the arms of my ancestral home and land.
Along the way I have travelled, lived and studied internationally, spending some time in the corporate world of the music industry, the recording and performing world of the musician and writer and the colourful creative world of the visual arts.
Another element which has been a mainstay throughout my life, from early childhood right up to the present day is the energy of horses. I found I had a natural affinity with these majestic mammals and over time came to understand that they had as much to teach me as I had to teach them. Like humans, each one is individual and unique, and also like humans, mutual respect is the key to understanding one another and getting along. My relationship with horses, as with art and music is an ongoing adventure, a never ending journey, always in flux, always shifting, always gathering new energy. There is never a point when there is nothing to learn.
All of the above experiences in their own unique way have lead me to the world of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga.
And it doesn't end here, my journey continues.
I come and go, I ebb and flow,
now I am here, now I am there,
now the mirror is clear, now it is not,
now I stumble, then tremble,
now I rise up and trot
now I am sold, now I am bought
now I am hungry, now I am full,
now I push, now I pull,
now I am panther, blackbird, bull,
now I am water, now harder, now softer,
now I'm on fire, now I am smoke,
now I am fixed, now I am broke,
Love and Soul,
Geri 💚

From my yoga journey, not only I re-connect to my true self, I also find my way to my true purpose. I firmly believe that all humans have the power to heal themselves and to create a happy joyful life.
In a world filled with distractions and temptation, we give up our power to things and desire for instant gratification. We lose our desire to create something truly from our heart. We live in a box that the world prepare for us, no creativity or individuality are needed or allowed.
After continuous training and self discovery, I would like to bring all my students an experience of an exciting beautiful reality that they do not know exists. For those who are ready, I will guide them to reconnect to themselves. Build trust, courage and confidence in life, remain true to themselves in the ever changing world.

I’m Pixi, a Shamanic Kundalini Yoga teacher and myofascial therapist based in Cheshire, UK.
Ten years ago, I found myself on a 7-day retreat with Trish at Soul Adventures, searching for a way out of the constant survival mode I’d been living in. That retreat changed everything - not because it fixed me, but because it taught me how to come home to myself.
As a single mother traveling the world with my daughter, Indigo, I came face to face with inherited patterns and generational trauma that needed breaking. Through my own healing journey, I learned that true transformation happens when we turn inward - when we allow the nervous system to soften and remember what’s been forgotten.
I’m trained in both Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and myofascial therapy through the Alchemy of Touch. I now hold space for mothers and women navigating nervous system dysregulation, ancestral trauma, and the weight of trying to do it all. I teach with honesty, warmth, and deep reverence for this practice.
I offer Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and myofascial therapy sessions both in-person at my healing sanctuary in Cheshire and online through The Indigo Way.

After finding myself on the mat in one of Trish Whelan’s retreats, I was deeply moved by the transformative capacity of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga (SKY), which led me to become certified. This practice has the capacity to melt away old stories and patterns. It welcomes the body and nervous system to feel more grounded and at peace while awakening greater clarity. The combination of movement, breath work and music without dogma meets you where you are and inspires lasting change.
My life’s work has been centered around deep inquiry and conversation in order to foster change, connection and growth. In my offering, I combine the SKY practice with over a decade of experience teaching writing workshops. My aim is to support you in remembering your innate wholeness and unlocking your unique creativity so that you can be the fullest expression of yourself in the world.
Currently based in Los Angeles, California, I offer in-person and online group classes, programs and retreats here and elsewhere around the world. Private offerings that are tailored to your goals are available as well. As a queer, non-binary/trans person, I am excited to create spaces that are welcoming, inclusive and inspiring to all individuals.
Coming together to practice SKY is a powerful tool for clearing away what is no longer aligned and making room for the new. The world is ready for us to create fresh ways. I look forward to connecting with you to share this uniquely restorative and inspiring experience. See you soon on the mat.

My path to becoming a Kundalini yoga teacher has been a deeply personal and transformative journey, one that continues to unfold with each breath, movement, and moment of stillness.
I was introduced to Kundalini yoga through my teacher, Trish, whose presence and guidance opened up a doorway into a completely new way of experiencing life. It helped me find joy and peace in the places I once felt lost. It gave me tools to meet life’s ups and downs with acceptance and grace. Through breath, mantra, and movement, I learned to connect with a deep stillness inside – a place that remained steady, even when the world around me felt chaotic.
Kundalini yoga taught me how to truly be – to be present, to be joyful, and to live with an open heart. It empowered me to step into my personal truth, to trust in the unfolding of life, and to walk my path with compassion and love. It’s not always easy, but this practice continually reminds me that there is beauty in every phase of the journey – even in the darkness, there is light.
Now, I feel deeply called to share the magic of these teachings with others. I believe this practice has the power to reconnect us with our essence – with who we really are beneath the noise.
Nature is a huge part of my inspiration and what I love. I feel most alive when I’m near the water, walking on the beach, or immersed in the quiet magic of the forest. I’m incredibly grateful to live in Ibiza, where the land and sea hold such powerful energy. One of my favourite places to teach is on the wooden deck nestled in the forest next to my home – a tranquil space where the trees and birds become part of the practice. I’ll be offering weekly classes in this beautiful spot, inviting you to breathe, move, and connect in harmony with the natural world.
My intention as a teacher is to hold space for others to experience their own inner magic – to awaken to their truth, to remember their wholeness, and to walk through life with more presence, peace, and love.

I have become more focus and attuned to the subtleties around me, especially in nature. I am calmer and happier than ever.
It has given me inspiration for the future and all the things I want to do and achieve going forward. I look forward to sharing this medicine with others . It is a gift .
Working with Trish and meeting all those on the course has been such a blessing. It really is a beautiful form of healing, the benefits I have experienced are far too many to list here. Lets just say they are truly profound.

My path has woven through Reiki, ancestral healing, shamanic practices, meditation, intuitive development, and energy work. Along the way, I discovered that true healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about remembering who we have always been beneath the layers of conditioning, expectation, and inherited patterns.
SKY has become a beautiful part of that journey. Through movement, breath, mantra, meditation, and deep rest, I have witnessed profound shifts within myself and others. It offers a practical yet deeply spiritual pathway back to balance, vitality, and inner wisdom.
What I Love
I love creating spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and hear the quiet voice of their own soul.
I am passionate about helping people move beyond simply coping and into living with greater authenticity, presence, and joy. Whether through movement, meditation, ritual, circle work, or deep conversation, I love witnessing those moments when something clicks and a person remembers their own strength, wisdom, and light.
I am especially drawn to the wisdom of nature, the cycles of the seasons, ancestral connection, and the sacred journey of becoming more fully ourselves.
What I Feel Guided to Teach
I feel called to teach practices that help people come home to themselves.
My classes often weave together SKY Yoga, meditation, breathwork, deep relaxation, energy awareness, and intuitive practices. While grounded in the SKY teachings, they are also influenced by my experience as a Reiki Master Teacher, circle facilitator, Work Your Light Coach, experienced space holder and mystic.
I believe transformation happens when we bring together the body, mind, heart, and spirit. My intention is to offer experiences that support greater self-awareness, inner peace, resilience, remembering and connection to the deeper wisdom that already exists within each of us.
My hope is that everyone who joins me leaves feeling more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with their own truth.
